During staffed hours we also have 'Health Supplements' such as Protein Powders, Creatines, Amino Acids, BCAA's, Pre-workout drinks & other quality supplements on sale at 'Internet Prices' in our 'Supplement Shop'. CLUB INDUCTION
All members must complete a health questionnaire & have a 'Club Induction'. During the induction we go through how the club operates on a 24-hour basis, how the access control system works, the rules and regulations of the club, where all equipment and changing rooms are & what to do in the event of an emergency. On completion of the 'Club Induction', all monthly members will be required to sign a disclaimer stating everything that they have gone through on the 'Club Induction'. Monthly members will be required to purchase a 'Access Fob' which are £10.00 & provide photographic I.D. & 2 proofs of address
EXERCISE INSTRUCTING
Members who are new to exercise and using gym equipment can request a 'Exercise Induction'. During the induction a qualified member of our team will tailor a exercise routine that suits you and will go through each exercise to ensure it is being performed correctly (not just to get results but also to prevent injury). A small charge of £20 will be incurred for this service.
